impact.transaction.adjusted
Delivered when an adjustment for a confirmed contribution reaches adjusted. This is not
an Akhdar REST path. The payload is identifier-only.
Verify the signature, enforce the five-minute timestamp window, and process idempotently by
event_id. Look up the contribution if you need current status. Do not treat this event as
failed and do not restore points from this payload alone.
